How to buy?

1. If you want to buy Bikini, Bags or Clothes, choose the product, select the quantity and click "ADD TO CART".
2. Add all the products you wish to purchase to your cart, then click "GO TO CART" to proceed with the purchase.
3. Accept our conditions of sale and click on "PROCEED WITH PURCHASE".
4. Fill out the form with all the required data and save them for your future purchases.
5. Click "Go to shipping" and then "Go to payment". At this point, if you have a discount code, enter it. Remember, this is the only time you can.
6. To complete the order click on "COMPLETE ORDER".
You will receive the order confirmation at the e-mail address you entered during the purchase with a summary of your order. If you don't receive the email, try checking your spam folder.
From this moment on you will no longer be able to add other items to your order but obviously you will be able to make a new one.

Payment problems?
On selvaticawear.com you can pay with:
- Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO and AMEX.
- Rechargeable credit card (eg. postepay).
- Paypal.
- Apple Pay.
The charge of the order sum will be deducted upon confirmation of the order, for all payment methods.

Shipping problems?
The cost of shipping to Italy is €7. Shipping is free for orders over €100.
Our reference services are GLS and DHL for Italy, while for foreign deliveries only DHL.
The order is processed by the Selvatica staff within 24 hours of receipt and is delivered to the courier. Since the package is entrusted to the courier, delivery times are the standard ones of the service.
In conjunction with particular events such as: Launch of New Collections, Sales, Black Friday, etc., due to the high number of shipments, the processing of orders may undergo slight delays.
In any case, it will be possible to monitor your order using the tracking number that you will find in the shipping confirmation email.

There may be delays in shipments for various reasons: particular events such as the release of new collections, promotions, etc. or due to incomplete or incorrect entry of the delivery address.

Delivery times can vary from 2-3 working days for Europe, up to a maximum of 2 weeks for the rest of the world.
Problems with Returns or Refunds?
The first return is free for each order, if the address is the same as the one to which the order was delivered. In case of non-collection, we guarantee a second attempt free of charge.
Remember, you have 14 days from the date the order is shipped to return the items. Request a return from our RETURNS CENTER.
There are three ways to order:
- First Free Collection at the same delivery address of the order with one of our couriers.
- Collection at your expense at an address different from that of the delivery of the order.
- Custom pickup at your expense.

If you have changed your mind about your purchase or if you need to change the size, go to our RETURNS CENTER and request collection.

- Attach 4 photographs of the product and its defects.
- Wait for confirmation from quality control.
The Selvatica staff will take care of booking a collection directly to your home.
Fill in the label that will be sent to you by email from our team, cut it out and affix it to the package in which you have placed the damaged goods. On the date that will be indicated to you, deliver everything to the courier.
Once the faulty goods have returned to our warehouses, the Selvatica Staff will take care of shipping the exchange goods.
